If the game starts by 4:15 pm the time limit is 2 1/2 hrs.
If the game starts after 4:15 pm the time limit is 2 hrs.

That means no new inning can start after the time limit has passed.
If the top half of a new inning starts before the time limit is up, you will finish
the bottom half of that inning if the home team is behind.

Simply put, if your game is scheduled for 4:15 pm or later and it starts at 4:16 pm or later,
it is a 2 hr. game from the time the game actually starts (daylight permitting).
