Meeting called to order be President Flyntz at 7:40PM.
Alex introduced our guests from Western Suffolk Umpires Association who were in attendance for a joint Annual Interpretation Meeting.

Mr. Ron Gabriel President of NYSBUA and State Rules Interpreter was introduced as our guest
Speaker/instructor for our meeting.

At the conclusion of the interpretation meeting, our general membership meeting was held.
President Flyntz informed the membership of the resignation of secretary/treasurer Joe Fasano
and the appointment of Bob Player to fill the position.

President Flyntz called on several chairpersons for committee reports.

1. Lou Cassara/Sportsmanship requested that sportsmanship ballots be returned to him only.
   Apparently some ballots were sent to several different board members.

2. Rich Maggio/Ratings and Membership explained in detail how the ratings were compiled
   and reviewed by the ratings committee. Ratings were distributed to the members in
   attendance at the end of the meeting. Rich announced the names of the members who were moving up to the varsity level. CONGRATULATIONS TO THOSE MEMBERS.

3. Craig Roberts/Finance Committee reported the results of the recent audit of the NAUA books.

4. Bob Player/Secretary/Treasurer reported on various important dates: dues, dinner cards etc.

5. An in-depth discussion was held regarding the new online assigning system that BOCES
   is now using with the 2010 season.

Nominations were opened up for positions on the Board of Directors to be voted on at the next General Membership Meeting on March 8TH.
